Shipping, Return & Exchange Policy

At Vecasa, we aim to provide a clear and professional shopping experience for all customers. Please read the below policy carefully before placing your order.


Kuwait Orders:

Return & Exchange Period

For orders delivered within Kuwait, customers may request to return or exchange eligible goods within 14 days from the date of receiving the goods, provided that the item is returned in the same condition in which it was received.

This policy is applied in accordance with Kuwait consumer protection principles, where customers have the right to return or exchange eligible goods within the legally permitted period, subject to the product condition, invoice availability, and the applicable terms stated below.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as received.
  • The item must be returned with its original packaging, accessories, tags, manuals, and any included items.
  • The original invoice or proof of purchase must be provided.
  • The item must be suitable for resale.
  • The return request must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Vecasa reserves the right to reject any return or exchange request if the item has been used, damaged, altered, installed, assembled, customized, or returned without its original packaging or required accessories.

Installed, Assembled & Customized Items

Items that have been installed, assembled, modified, or customized according to the customer’s request are not eligible for return or exchange, unless the item has a proven manufacturing defect.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Furniture that has been assembled or installed at the customer’s location
  • Items made or modified according to custom measurements, colors, fabrics, finishes, or special requests
  • Products that cannot be returned to their original sellable condition after installation or customization

Damaged or Defective Items

If the item is received damaged, defective, or different from the order, the customer must notify Vecasa within a reasonable time after delivery and provide clear photos or videos showing the issue.

After inspection, Vecasa may offer one of the following solutions depending on the case:

  • Repair
  • Replacement
  • Exchange
  • Refund, where applicable

Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, incorrect installation by a third party, or normal wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing defect.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected by Vecasa.

Refunds will be made using the original payment method where possible. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.

Delivery charges, installation charges, or service charges may be non-refundable unless the return is due to an error or defect confirmed by Vecasa.


GCC Orders

Shipping to GCC Countries

Vecasa ships selected products to GCC countries. Delivery times and shipping fees may vary depending on the destination country, order size, product type, and logistics provider.

Customs Duties, Taxes & Import Fees

For all GCC orders outside Kuwait, any customs duties, taxes, clearance charges, import fees, or other government-related charges are the responsibility of the customer/receiver.

Vecasa is not responsible for any customs duties, VAT, import taxes, clearance charges, or additional fees charged by the destination country.

The customer is responsible for checking the customs and import requirements of their country before placing an order.

GCC Return Requests

Customers from GCC countries may request a return subject to Vecasa’s approval and the item’s eligibility under this policy.

If a return is approved, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, clearance fees, and any other related charges.

Vecasa will not be responsible for return delivery costs for GCC orders unless the return is due to an error confirmed by Vecasa, such as sending the wrong item or a confirmed manufacturing defect.

Return Conditions for GCC Orders

To be eligible for return:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories and documents.
  • The customer must provide proof of purchase.
  • The item must be suitable for resale.
  • The return must be approved by Vecasa before the customer ships the item back.

Any item returned without prior approval may be rejected.

Items Not Eligible for GCC Returns

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Installed or assembled furniture
  • Customized or made-to-order items
  • Items damaged after delivery
  • Items used, altered, or not in original packaging
  • Items returned without accessories, tags, or invoice
  • Items that cannot be safely shipped back without risk of damage

Refunds for GCC Orders

Approved refunds for GCC orders will be processed only after the returned item is received and inspected by Vecasa.

Any original shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, clearance fees, or return shipping costs are non-refundable.

If the returned item arrives damaged, used, incomplete, or not in its original condition, Vecasa reserves the right to reject the return or deduct the relevant amount from the refund.


General Notes

Vecasa reserves the right to inspect all returned items before approving any refund, exchange, or store credit.
